Acqua Funding Learning started with the inception of its sister company, Acqua Funding, the lending side of the business in 2022. Specializing in financing for first time investors, Acqua Funding became the fastest growing private lender in America within a few years. They funded over $30M their first year in operation.
The executive team at Acqua Funding quickly realized the growth potential of their first-timer oriented product. As they continued to grow, they saw a few gaps to fill. First, they realized that a lot of these first time investors were too afraid to invest by themselves. Further, they noticed that many of these investors lacked the proper real estate knowledge to invest at all. This ultimately led to quite a bit of deal fallout.
So what did Acqua do? They quickly created Acqua Funding Learning to not only give these investors a lending partner for their first deal but also to supply of them the education and mentorship needed to become a successful real estate investor.
