A Word from our CEO
We initially created the lending side of the business, Acqua Funding, and it has proven itself as the leading private lender for first time investors in America.
I’ll be honest though – we were seeing deals come across our desks that just didn’t pencil out. We saw investors who didn’t have enough knowledge to be successful on their first time deal. We saw investors who didn’t want to embark on their first deal alone. We saw investors who were scared to commit. We felt their need and knew that it could be fixed. We wanted to fill these gaps.
I asked myself, "how can we solve this?"
Education - the distribution of knowledge. I needed to create a way to give prospective investors proper, easy-to-learn education to ensure them success.
So, I built Acqua Funding Learning, the sister company to Acqua Funding, to equip investors with all of the knowledge, resources, and private mentorship needed to hit a home run on their first investment with us. Simple as that.
